Brudcast

Anti Spam Policy

Last updated: September 2026 · The rules every send on Brudcast follows.

1. Permission is required

You may only message people who gave you permission to contact them. Purchased, scraped or borrowed lists are not allowed on any channel, and imports that look like them may be refused.

2. Every campaign identifies you

Anti spam law requires a real postal address in the footer of every campaign, and the send checklist blocks a send without one. Email campaigns carry a working unsubscribe link minted per recipient. SMS respects opt out keywords. WhatsApp sends only approved templates.

3. Suppression is enforced, not suggested

Unsubscribes, bounces and complaints are held against the contact, not the channel, with the reason and source recorded. Every send on every channel respects them at send time.

4. What happens on abuse

High complaint rates, spam trap hits or sending to people who never signed up put shared infrastructure at risk. We may pause sending, require list evidence, or suspend the account, and we will say why when we do.

5. Reporting spam

If you received unwanted mail from a Brudcast customer, forward it to support@brudcast.com and we will investigate the sender.
